Lack of talent on the west coast? well let's see USC spanked the top 2 Big 10 teams last year and Oregon outgunned Okie State. Not to mention Jahvid Best running wild on Miami... I'm from Florida and we PRODUCE the best talent but I like USC and they GET the best talent.
