nope bro that gyro copter has no throotle on the baldes just the wind speeding the R.P.M's up and it gives it lift if thats what you meant by it has a throotle

@chacneflys3d You are correct, the comment I made was in reference to my opinion that the pilot did not throttle up on the propeller enough, to get enough airspeed to bring the rotors to flight speed.
