Rio isn't a Vocaloid. She was just designed by the same person who designs Vocaloids. I guess you could say Lily made up for her, but Rio was never a Vocaloid.

How do you get the magazine?

he/she downloaded the model from kio's modeldata folder. The modeler is Kio. And the only differences are that the Windows 100% version has awesome physics. the link is kiomodel . sakura . ne . jp / modeldata/

@emmychansuper: You can buy Windows 100% from Amazon Japan. Just to warn you though, I buy the magazines quite a bit, and the shipping is awful o.o It was around $30 for shipping to R.I. But it's well worth it ^-^

Yeah, definatly! ^-^ The models are really high quility, too :3 the magazine has good articles, as well, though they are entirely in Japanese.
