If cops shoot at the criminals, people say that's police brutality and that the cop must be arrested. If the cops don't shoot, people say they are "dickheads", "dumbs" and they never catch anybody.
the criminal just got out of jail and was on PAROLE, thus not allowed to carry any kind of weapon and an officer on PATROL saw the gun in the car and followed the suspest - ...all clear?
