  • that is so cool

    i always miss them

  • god damn now i realize that i should pay more attention lol...missed like 40% of this video in the episode

  • I just noticed hes somehow in every episode!!!! AWESOME!

  • 0:27 lol he's right there!!! how come they didnt see him xD

  • last comment 2 months ago with 150k views :o

  • We've recorded him at over three dozen scenes, all of which relate to the pattern. We refer to him as The Observer.

  • creeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeepy

  • Oh your name is Hardtechnoboy lmafo, not that important way..

  • @hardtechnology,You saw a COUPLE episodes not the whole series, uhh doesn't every show have some none impressive episodes? Olivia Dunham isn't a lesbian, where did u get that from? Im guessing you're a Supernatural fan, I hate those morons ugh.

  • the observer in the third episode can also be seen 10 seconds after seeing the reflect, in a corner of the train, looking at Olivia.

  • such as G man

  • @TheLester4444 yahhh same ideA

  • @hardtechnology Shut Up and enjoy you hater, why did you watch this video and tell everybody you're not impressed?

  • oh look its the gman

  • I think they should make a book thats like a wheres wally? book only with the obsercer instead.

  • @tasham72 It could be, "Where's Berry?" (ahem. September. septemBER. Add the cutesy "y" sound. Berry.). They Observer isn't the only I-Spy-esque thing in Fringe, either. The Fringe glyphs actually all appear throughout every episode in actual show, not just at the ends of scenes. They don't always appear as glyphs, but there is always something to represent each one of them. In "The Bishop Revival", a scene had the apple glyph itself on a swivel chair in the lab. It was ridiculously obvious.

  • Saw a couple of episodes. Not impressed. Fringe is just X-Files with a douchebag lead instead of Mulder and a lesbian instead of Scully.

  • how much money would you pay him to stand out your window and "Observe" you having intercorse

  • that guy has the best job in the world

  • I want to know especially for the second one how they didn't even notice him.

  • its like an update form of wheres waldo

  • WATCH'.;THE;',FULL``;TV.,,SHOW,,.ONLINE',`

    GO';.TO,,.THE,''URL.;;

  • Many of the network and studio staff associated with publicizing and distrubuting FRINGE refer to the Observers' brief, recurring cameo appearances on the show as, "Where's Baldo?"

  • Lance Reddick's line was great the first time. After the second repetition, though, when you realize it's not going to stop, it becomes unintentionally funny. Really funny.

  • I want to know is for the second sighting why didn't they even notice him he was right there!

  • The Observer is effectively a darker version of Wally

  • @Scrummy64 You mean Waldo?

  • @xXShinjiPaulXx

Sorry, I'm British, he's called Wally over here :P

Unless you too are British... in which case I'm stumped :L

  • I loved this. Its kind of creepy and arty.

  • Im not joking, there was a building in town in my city that was falling down, we went into a resturante to with a view to it and a few tables away was a bald guy with no eyebrows...

Needless to say we shat brix.

  • Cool, then really annoying really fast.

  • I swear to god i saw the observer yesterday!

    he was just standing there

    creepy O_O

  • they remind me of the men in black ahaha

  • If broyles was an observer he would also be an observer on the other side, since he's dead on the other side i find it hard to be true. Also observers only observe, Broyles has several timed acted where observers just observed.

    *spoiler alert*

We learned that which olivia peter loves that universe will live. Now that the "real" olivia and peter is together we can assume the first univere will survive... untill Peter finds out that olivia2 is pregnant. So much drama awaits us!

  • But where's Waldo?

  • they should make an episode with an observer on the other side

  • I love watching Fringe just so I can look for the observer :D

  • OMG OMG.

  • seems like he's everywhere

  • I saw this guy so many times in this cancer show

  • hey theres something wrong on this

in the hospital, how can broilers did not saw the observer???? he was right in her face!!!!

  • No the constant rewinding was perfect and hillarious :D

  • i like his suit and hat even though he's creepy as shit

  • is Broyles a black observer ??

  • @pugnatorr

    YOU JUST BLEW MY MIND

  • @pugnatorr LMAO MAYBE

  • 2:56 "observe"

  • The Observer... he is SLENDER MAN!

  • VERY ANNOYING

  • JJ abrams said broyles is an observer too. thumbs up if you agree!

  • I first saw him the third time he appeared, I had no idea that he was in ALL of the episodes :O

  • he reminds me of the G-man in half-life 1&2

  • @x45films I was thinking the EXACT same thing when I first saw him.. and according to Google, we're not the only ones.

  • @x45films "Rise and shine, miss Dunham".

  • Slender Man

  • Spot the Observer!

  • Wow, great I saw him only at the observer episodes but now, I see him everywhere. Great mashup, Thx.

    a=1, b=2... x=24 y=25

  • can Broyles just say: we've recorded......a lot of them

  • so they made a show of a guy just seeing dumb shit happening? mhm...

  • Ahhh! He's a creeper! It's freaky! But I loves this show =)

  • In Half Life, we have Gman...

    In Fringe, we have Observer...

  • whoops, meant to say Crowd.

  • I have seen him in other episodes in season one, one time I saw him twice in one episode! The episode was the one where the bus got filled up with this gas/solid thing. He was in the video, standing outside of the bus, you can spot him when the video is stopped, just starring straight a head. Then again on the subway, when Olivia was running through the croud of people, she ran right in front of him.

  • In the pilot i watched , the scene right before she gets out of the car is different and it only says Massive Dynamics, no New York

  • @doctorgonzo627 Well, it WAS shot in Toronto.

  • Am I the only one seeing him all the time in real life?

Just me? Oh great. I'm fucked.

  • @avidriot nasty shit usually happens when the observer shows up, kind of like a black cat crossing your path. Maybe his there to witness the disaster and just "observe"? What's their deal anyways?

  • I actually found the repetition of Broyles saying, "we've recorded him .." pretty hilarious

  • @nistle2 me too it was like a comical skit lol

  • O.O even in the first episode hes there

  • i mean 1:19 lol

  • lol i caught the one at 1:25 lol when i was watching fringe

  • hearing broyles say that shit over and over again is actually quite funny tah me

  • does this freak anybody else out?

  • When your actively searching for him its much much easier to spot him in the background.

  • Was linked from Slenderman discussion. Doesn't compare but interesting enough

  • 1:25

don't recognize that episode, which one was it

also, when is fringe supposed to come back on

  • @JosephGubbels

    September I believe.

  • Is there a video that shows every Observer appearance in the first two seasons? I'd make a lousy Observer. I never see the guy!

  • @cckidd27 Its annoying coz even when I read where he's supposed to be in an episode I don't see him...

  • i stopped the video everytime and played finding wally except this time its finding the observer

  • 1:15 in this episode i spotted him by myself

  • when will the observer appear in the SIMPSONS? XD

  • actually the observers really exist in real life *(sadly they make only publicity for FOX) XD but the idea is nice. very mysterious this September guy.

  • is G-man!

  • its like playing wheres waldo

  • i think, i THINK.... they've recorded him in over three dozen scenes! or is it just my imagination?

  • the only thing i dont like about Fringe is the completely random images before a commercial

  • @kilbara12 There not random its a code that spells out a word on each episode just like last episode it spelled "Heart"

  • @kilbara12 Actually, those mean something. :D They're glyphs. They make out a word. It either hints the next episode or has something to do with the episode the glyphs are shown in.

  • We've recorded him in over three dozen scenes.......and we refer to him as......Uncle Fester ! :)

  • Okay so I never want to hear Broyles say those words ever again!!

  • The obserber is really so fascinating... just want to know more and more about them.

  • So I'm assuming that they've recorded him at over three dozen scenes and that they refer to him as the observer

  • @MoRichBowler300 How can you tell?

  • @MoRichBowler300 Oh, and they all relate to the pattern lol

  • @MoRichBowler300 The first thing i saw when this video loaded was your comment and everytime they said that i couldnt stop laughing...thanksss hahahahaha

  • i wanna be an observer :P

  • this is his only job .....

    For He Is The Watcher!!!

  • We get it, Broyles. You refer to him as the observer.

  • It is agent 47.

  • I call him Waldo.

  • I see wat u did thar

  • I dont want to know about the observer now, I want them to keep the mystery going because it really adds to the whole series suspense and atmosphere. The observer is one of my fave character even though he barely appears for more than two seconds.

  • Thank you!

  • What does this guy say after every scene? Can somebody write it down please? I'm from Germany and I can't understand him...Thx!

  • 'We recorded him over 3 douzens scenes *something i dont hear* refered to him as the observer'

  • @Lowblowmannen "We've recorded him in over three dozen scenes, all of which relate to the pattern. We refer to him as the observer."

  • lol its slender man

  • Oh my ... That Guy is starting to scare me ... Hahahaha!

  • the real observer is Tobias Funke. I know he is just going to pop up one day.

  • There isn't just one observer. I think they are four. The are also a part of the Fringe plot, yes.

It always feels good when you suddenly spot them in the background of some scene! xD

  • f u

  • Not really actually, it has elements that X-files did not have. And with time, you gotta say that special effects are much better

  • Its Waldo!!!

  • ok what i am trying to get is that is the observer actually supposed to be in the fringe? or is he actually part of the show?

  • Watch the second season.

  • the first one might not be the observer

i saw eyebrows on that guy

  • constantly pausing and rewinding it with that stupid voice over got annoying

  • @Bladetrix09

then grow a brainstem and mute the vid.

  • @fellarizzo2002 that wasn't the point... it's kinda annoying that was all I was getting at. Watching something with no sound is also kinda pointless, this would of been better if they had just shown the clips and maybe paused as soon as he popped up.. the onto the next one.

  • Its Slender Man! XD

  • There are SO many scenes with him in it. I've seen him in a recent episode, too. awesome.

  • @koolkat104 every episode has him in it

  • I didnt know that, when I couldnt spot him I just thought he wasnt in the episode. But now Im so impressed that people actually spotted him.

  • yeah they really do a good job of hiding him, sometimes its really obvious though.

  • They just aired a never-before-seen season 1 episode, "Unearthed" that included Charlie Francis....it really confused me when I was watching it because I've seen all the episodes in order, so I looked it up and found out that it's not connected to season 2.

  • Comment removed

  • your missing a bunch

  • LOL Gman

  • XD gordon freeman

  • THE SLENDER MAN D=

  • I kinda get sick of Broyles saying "We've recorded him..." after a while...

  • @ccsrobot yeah me too

  • @ccsrobot

    I KNOW!!!

    It is SO annoying!!!!!

  • Dude, the way you edited this was so cool!

  • One of the observers is Peter Woodward! my fave actor. I love the observer

  • did you notice that one of the observers is visser 3

  • is it weird that the Observers kind of remind me of Blue Man Group?

  • @Ihuncaranulunn From Firefly?

  • nope but points for awesome geek reference :D I mean the Bald performers who don't talk and just kind of stare at you... I dunno it makes sense in my head :D

  • the observer reminds me of gman from the half life series.

  • HIGH FIVE MAN!!! :)

  • He is probably inspirated by G-Man, yes.

  • this show is great. the whole observer thing freaks me out a little but i love it! :)

  • everytime it said' weve recorded him at over.." i luagh like a mad man

  • maybe just an arrow pointing to him the first time through? No need to reverse back to him. I think we get it.

  • Anyone know a more updated video showing ALL of them? He's been in every single episode, so there should be 28 clips

  • wtf

  • fringe this week was sad i felt bad for the observer he died. i loved him so much he was the nicest one

  • yea bitches i got my eye on you lol

    it actually scares me

  • I like it :) it is almost like a where is waldo some episodes it is hard for me to find him next Thursdays episode looks great the observer finally comes into the light more.

  • This week's episode: He was walking down the stairs when Dunham got a call from the bowling guy who fixed her after the car accident. This show rocks by the way!

  • anyone else think fringe is using old x-files stories too much? I know the two shows are obviously different and all that, but this weeks show had the exact same plotline as an x-files episode called trevor. and the episode before that was another one that copied numerous things. I still like fringe, but you can't deny they are copying ideas and not changing much about them

  • @hotcarl84 You're not the only X Files fan catching on to this. Chris Carter himself was inspired by the Kolchak The Night Stalker series from the 70's. All three shows share similaritys.

  • creepy!

  • This is such a rip off of half life. look up "gordon freeman on coast to coast" on youtube.

  • It really is, but I love it

  • we have recorded him at over three dozen blah blah shut the fuck up broyles

  • LOL your comment made my day

  • observer is in every single episode he was even on the bus with when the frozen gass was used

  • I checked them all, the Pilot was the only one different, which makes a lot of sense seeing as how those are filmed months prior to full season episodes at the least.

  • for those who have the "televised" episodes of this show (wether you dvr'd them or torrented them for your private collection) please compare the first scene in this video to the first episode of the season. By that i mean compare the televised episode against the dvd episode and you will see they added the observer shot on the dvd episode. That, folks, is good old fashioned cheating right there. I'm just saying.

  • Not only that, it's two completely different buildings, and on the televised ep. the 3D lettering say "Massive Dynamics" (plural) and the dvd ep. it says "Massive Dynamic (singular) New York (added)"

But I really LOVE this show.

  • its shows like fringe and lost that pay attention to the little details and give you moments that make you go back and notice things that no matter how close you may have been paying attention, you may or may not have notice the first time, one of the greats....

  • 00:25 lmao!!!! he's standing right there rather obviously and they just walk right past him! That's hilarious, i love this creepy bald dude, he's awesome.

  • And his head slooooooowly turns to watch them as they go by... XD Epic.

I was about to say the same thing. >D

  • Are you shitting me?? It's close. Very close. But Supernatural wins simply because of the amount of story already presented.

  • i luv this show

  • Its as if when he puts his hat on,

its like pulling out the pin of a grenade.

Watching and guaranteeing the "stuff" happens.

  • Nice. Thanks for the help. I first noticed him coming out of the elevator but he's a slippery one with the others.

I was thinking, "Wouldn't it be awesome if he popped up in the episodes before his official introduction?" Ni
