I have been watching your videos for the past few days whenever I find the time. Gearing up for my own juice fast to begin September 27th. Buying a juicer, weaning off caffeine, meat, dairy. Both scared and excited. Watching your journey has been inspiring - but I admit I am not convinced about losing my desire for sweets and meat. I am trying to keep an open mind and just take it as it comes. If you are ever in Florida in the USA would love to meet you and Louise (sp?) in person. Take Care!
@MandieJ34677 Great to hear about your juice fast, good luck with it. I can only say I felt I was the biggest "sweet" lover out there, chocolate icrecream you name it. I really did lose the desire and have not had chocolate, or anything like that for well over 2 months now and not missing it a bit. I have people eating it next to me and i feel nothing. Will let you know if we are coming to the USA. We might be going to Las vegas for a wedding next year. Thanks for you support.
