@rebeccaeve30120 umm just to let you know this is def. not the most humane way to kill a cow. it has a greater chance to cause disease and pain. those 2 cows were killed fast unlike most that take 3-5 hits before they stop moving, notice i didnt mention die. Cutting the throat causes 0, yes 0 pain to the cow it has been studied over and over again with brain conductivity of the cow and so forth.

Unfortunately this type of rotary crush is also used for the halal method which is not painless.

This was really interesting. I had no idea the commercial butchering process was so neat and streamlined.

I don't know why, but for some reason I kind of always pictured cows standing knee-deep in the guts and blood of other cows.
