Great show there - but if he had the Firebird like he did in the studio he might just have made the double-E bend at 5:28. That being said, is a very minor quibble with what is arguably some fantastic guitar playing. Hats off to you Dan, you're surely missed.

Hey rosaereyes, did you get to meet Dan that night.He must of been stressed due to the video taping-perhaps this concert he was gonna make available to fans, but the quality and his admitted loss of falcetto prevented it. Lucky for us, the bootleg got out!!! I think Dan and the band sound excellent!! You can tell he was such a perfectionist and hired only the best to play with him!!! They sound awesome!!Miss you Dan--RIP--EverOn

Yes I did meet him but it was while he was snapping at me for no reason so it didn't go over well with me. I was never a fan after that. It just turned me off. (BTW, I'm using my wife's account. I'm a guy)

guess you didnt have a good experience meeting Dan...It didnt seem like he was in a good mood--it seems like after each song -the lights go out and he walks off, not listening to the applause or anything, which I always thought was "off"...He really must of been stressed or maybe he wasnt feeling good--he did have tonsil troubles during this time?!!! Sorry you got turned off..I never met Dan, but have heard mostly only good things from thhose who did meet him!!!

@rosaereyes Everyone has bad days when they don't always act their best. There are times when I say things that are inappropriate or even rude, but later I know I was wrong. Never met Dan, but your account is the first negative I've heard about the man. Maybe the pressure was getting to him. That's no excuse..I know, but we're only human.

I wish the video was clearer and lighter to see the crowd up front. I was standing right in front of the stage working security on this night. I remember Dan had us all put on a blazer on for this concert to look more polished. He was not in a good mood before the concert... stress of trying to get perfection I suppose. Good show though.
