Dear friend. I will try t o explain it to you: We are an agency representing 200 different universities. One is UC Davis. We have a team of 20 counsellors advising prospect students where to got, when to go and how to finance. So, I do not know what problem you have with our people doing paper work etc. to help students???  We help more than 1000 students each year to find the right place. So what is wrong with that??? And believe me, there is a lot of paper work to do!
