Hardly "top speed", this jet can fly to 4200+ at over 950 feet.

Not so, you can fly this jet that high and fast in stable, level flight. Try it out on different maps and see.

as far as i can tell its only possible on Zatar and Wake, and dalian is only like 850

It is possible to do so.

I can control my f-35 at 850 feet no problem. If i go anything above 1000 i lose control, so that's when i turn off my engine. If you go out of bounds before you slow down, just kill yourself, no way of getting back before you die.
