That's not possibe. You can only have hit from one IP address. Youtube uses Cookies for this that track the IP address and they sense that there are multiple hits from one IP, the view count will stop. It's owned by Google, a multi-billion dollar company, I think they know how to elimiate the hit the refresh button problem. Even if I did ask my friends, I would have had maybe 150 hits. So really 150,000 have seen this in 24 hours.
