Thank you Lee. I don't see it yet, but my clothes are definitely fitting differently. I love knowing that these pounds are ones that won't just slip back on overnight - I now have a tool to help me keep them off. Makes the loss much more rewarding to know I have a real shot at never seeing them again - never had that before!
Thanks for noticing Becky. You are right - this is the first vid where I felt myself. I won't get a fill for at least 6 weeks post op, though they may make we wait longer if I have another dramatic loss this week (won't give you a fill if you are losing too much already). And nope. Met hubby through friends 16 years ago. When we got engaged 3 years ago his (now our) boss created a position in the company for me.
Wow, you met your husband 16 years ago! Were you together all those years before marriage? That's great that your boss created a position for you. Sounds like a great group of people to work with.
Thank you. Hubby says you can see it in my face, but I can't yet. I did take pre diet and then new pics yesterday in the same clothes and I was shocked how differently the shirt fit!
10.6lbs that is AWESOME :) Do remember that during this time your body needs to heal and the weight loss is a bonus. I had to keep that in mind after my surgery lol...I want to see that movie too :) GasX is a Godsend after surgery lol... Great video- so glad that you are feeling better - Hugs, melissa :)
Thanks Melissa. Actually, I am *almost* dissapointed at the weight loss, because I DO want to lose slowly. BUT, my tom came the day after surgery - so I think I was probably retaining - making the loss seem exaggerated. Can't wait to start realer food....scrambled eggs would taste so yummy!
thats great weightloss and i hope you carry on doing so well
take care

I did see it and thought it was pretty good but not super impressive. I tend to be more of a book girl myself, I may have to pick that one up.

Even though you won't get a fill until 6 weeks after the surgery, isn't the band restricting your stomach already?
