As for the pink think... if you have the right skin tone it's awesome... not all of us too, I'm so pale that it just makes me look sick and washed out, but I think pastels in general do the trick just as well. Less intimidating, more approachable. I like soft blues and greens personally.

I have this one perfume that smells like butter rum cookies. I wear it and every guy in my office will suddenly find a reason to talk to me, even if they aren't interested in me as more then a friend. It's just a relaxing smell. Even I feel more cheerful wearing it, even though I know what it is. I'll even have girls come up to me and ask me what's different. I really do think that it's the idea that smells can trigger memories and cookies are usually good ones.

I'm a guy, and there's one thing I know all guys respond to. Doesn't matter if you smell like crap, where dark brown, or stand on the garbage can.
