@missjones873 You can make this a challenge for yourself. Hold for as long as you can. I would suggest holding for 15 seconds and do 3 rounds of the exercises. xo T
@ArtOfMakeup10 Although we are targeting core here, getting bikini ready relies heavily on CARDIO! So I would suggest cardio 3-5 times a week for a minimum of 30 minutes. This routine should be done after your cardio routine. xo T
You guys should mention for people to consult a doctor first if they're concerned about anything, I know it's totally obvious to most people, but some people are dumb, and just to protect yourselves from any problems it mught be a good idea:)
