that has got to be the best low cost small scale way of extracting honey I have seen yet.your honey looked really watery though,was it really hot on the day you took this video?would love to see you do a longer video of you bottling your finished product!!!great work,maybe put some type of window screen in the spinner to help cut down on the particle matter some.
