The angle is wrong here. The school bus turned right before entering into this frame. It can be seen in the overhead shots from helicopters in other videos.

they slowed down the explosion a little bit in the movie and explosions sounds are differenct to make it bigger

You can just see the school bus moving in the lower portion of the screen as the walls come down.

remember, films are not always shot in order.; They might have shot the scene where the bus drives away the first day and then the shot of the builiding blowing up the next day.

Yeah but he's standing right next to the explosion and that only happened once, and theres a school bus right next to him that he jumps on.. But yeah, it makes me sad talking about him. :'(

Heath Ledger was only about 100 yards from the corner farthest from the camera when the gasoline charges went off and the walls came down.

Heath Ledger was actually in MORTAL DANGER during the shooting of this scene:

Ledger (as Joker) walks out of the NE door of the building and stands in the open as the primary pyrotechnics are ignited. As he fiddles with the 'detonator' in his hand, the actual first demolition charges explode and the walkway behind him begins to fall.

Seconds later, the corner of the building Ledger has just walked out of is blown out by the demo charges and collapses!!!
