Former Pakistani president Musharraf asked Ummah to reconsider Islamic rape laws because more than 70% Women in Pakistani jail are rape victims because they can not produce 4 witness.

Rape is virtually impossible to prove under Islamic law (Sharia) and even in more moderate countries. If the man claims that the act was consensual sex, there is very little that the woman can do to refute this. Islam places the burden of avoiding sexual encounters of any sort on the woman.
There can be no such thing as rape in marriage, even if the husband has to hit the wife in order to bring about her submission.
That is why most rapes are not reported in Muslim countries.

The hadiths that curse woman were in fact not said by Prophet but was spread by Jew hypocrites such as Ka'ab Al-Ahbar who was a Jew Rabai from Yaman
Please note one hundred times: that the biggest hadith narrator Abu Hurayra was beloved student of Ka'ab Al-Ahbar.

i personally believe that hadith should be taken literally and don't buy into bullshit that the prophet saws was only talking to a group of women. it is clear he is talking in general. even islamonlines answer was sum rubbish that the prophet was saying a joke. my life experiences tell me women are deficient for only one reason, they get hyper emotional which can overwhelm intelligence and religion. it has nothing to do with brain size or academic ability.

This hadith that was narrated by Abu Hurayra was strongly denied by Aysha, the Prophet's wife and accused Abu Hurayra of not telling the truth. Despite that this hadiths is still found in the middle of the so called authentic (Sahih) hadiths.

But We read that Umar Bin Khataab told Abu Haryra a thief & a liar. Warned him to put him in jail if he will not stop to tell false hadiths. He stopped but Aft Umar's death started fabrications again. Aisha R.A also said him a liar/fabricator of Hadith. But Bukhari' s book & others are full of Hadiths of AbuHurayra. TRUTH: Hadith is not part of Islam at all & all sects & corruption in Islam is entered thru these fake Hadiths

Auhad mean no any witness, only Abu Harayra is witness himself. This critera does not fulfil that satndard said by All MuhadeSEEN. So all hadith by Abu Huryra are forged

"If a monkey, a black dog or a woman passes infront of a praying person, his prayer is nullified."
This hadith that was narrated by Abu Hurayra was strongly denied by Aysha, the Prophet's wife and accused Abu Hurayra of not telling the truth. Despite that this hadiths is still found in the middle of the so called authentic (Sahih) hadiths.

In fact Prophet and Allah both have said repeatedly ' do not take any other hadith but the "Ahsan Hadith" which is Quran. The Books of Hadith are a forgery that is entered in Islam and Hadith is not part of Islam at all; as these books are full of contradictions and lies. If that occurs again, the same would happen but not all exceptional actions can be repeated in every situation over and over again throughout the history of Islam. So both of you are right. In any case, every Biblical and Qur'anic verse can be taken out of context and interpreted in a number of ways. The fatal flaw in Islam is to accept every verse as the written word of God. Classical Arabic notwithstanding, Muhammad and his companions were illiterate, and campfire tales scratched on tree bark or recounted through generations are, at best, distortions.
To hold to a belief through literal meaning is in and of itself a distortion.

Women can indeed be more intelligent than men. However....(it is part of a womans phychology that her perception to the world is more easily influenced by her emotions than a mans perception. This is why men in islam are a rank of authority over women due to (in most cases but not all)...there better judgement. This is no way however demeans a womans intelligence level or worth. The two issues are totaly seperate.
