  • i fucking love this album

  • this is my favorite song from the foo's. just beats out feburary stars. thier new album makes me hurl.

  • Dave is the best musicians of my era (24, before you ask) and I have to give every credit to a talent such as him and the rest of the foo's as Taylor is as good of a drummer as Dave was and the rest of the band work so well together.... Nate is a cool bassist although not as lively as others.

  • That harmonica solo rocks! You don't have to have sex appeal to sound that good.

  • Who in the hell is the one person that disliked this?!

  • @Tyman103 Courtney Love.

  • This is the best song to listen to on a Friday night on the way home from a long, hard week at work

  • Got to love his guitar! Tenacious d rocks that one live a lot. Gibson!

  • see the thing about dave grohl? like bookerdann said he should be up there on that category. i hate when people say kurt him got him the fame, dave woulda still became this famous tbh, this just proves it. it's an amazing piece.

  • Skin and Bones, amazing album.

  • @id0ne That's Rami Jaffee. He toured with them for the acoustic In Your Honour tour and the Echoes, Silence, Patience and Grace tour as well.

  • simply Foo<3

  • what tipe of harmonica is that? or what tunning

  • If the guy's a pro, which seems likely according to his skill level, he probably uses a chromatic harmonica, which features more holes and slide bar to bend notes up or down, allowing virtually any note to be played, and as such aren't tuned to a specific key.

Harmonicas tuned to a specific key (C for example) are called diatonic harmonicas.

  • hey thanks!, i had an idea of all that but i had my doubts of what he was using

  • @santan11 i dont play harmonica but id say G because thats the key the song is in

  • @liljdude94 It's G mixolydian so it would be a C harmonica

  • @santan11 its a c harmonica

  • woow ke buena rola 5 estrellas

  • good sound...thank u dave

  • i love this... spec the harmonica solo i'l have this at my funeral so beatuful ...

  • Totally freakin tear jerkin awesome!

  • fukkkkk

this is the best of them

i cry remembering this song i made a video with this song if you want to watch it its in mi channel

  • He's an amzing singer too, Dave G. :)

  • Can we go another round?

  • Can someone give me the tabs for the harmonica?

  • @Guilherme893

You play harmonica? got any vids? i'll check but put some up if you can ... i play drums, bass, and starting on the guitar cuz it hard for me to remember what chords, strings and things make what sounds... Not that i'm forgetful but i never erally tried. But i will now that my friend lent me one of his many guitars..

  • It's Danny Clinch...

  • david klynch's harmonica solo is the greatest harmonica solo i've ever heard in my life. he just knocked neil young off the top of the podium in my mind. sorry neil. i love you... but that was amazingly perfect. more than enough but not too much. beautifully understated and reoccuring approach to the counter melody. epic... just epic. the bass helps so much too.

  • This is one of the greatest, if not the greatest live albums ever. The summer I discovered this album I fell in love with it instantly and will forever be remembered of that summer whenever I listen to this album

  • @metalespaul2888 yeah dude. it took me this long to finally hear this album and it made my summer so much better, definitely a summer to remember.

  • This is my favorite Foo Fighters song. The acoustic album is so great and underrated. I can't believe how perfectly they do it live too. -Jonathan

  • I agree completely way too underrated.

dont make me fall please give

another round to make it right

  • That last piece of your comment could be a great songtekst dude..

  • The Foo Fighters will never cease to amaze me. Dave Grohl is potentially the greatest songwriter/instramentalist/vocalist I have ever heard. Way to underrated... gotta love the Foo.

  • i love this song

  • soo lonely?

close ya eyes and enjoy the music!!

  • Beautiful, just beautiful

  • Words can't describe how much I love this song ;)!

  • Absolutely great, just ordered the dvd!

  • Had to wait till Christmas morning for mine....but worth it!

  • god I love their acoustic stuff, specially this set. so amazingly beautiful

  • Anyone know what key that harmonica is in?

  • thinking G

  • that acordian player is realy into what hes doing

  • I'm in my mid-fifties, but Dave G. belongs in the same catagory with the best songwriters of my generation, people like Elvis Costello and Joni Mitchell. He's unquestionably that good.

This is a beautifully well-written song. The way the chord progression goes to c-minor in the chorus is ever-so-slightly Beatlesque.

    Beautiful piece.

  • couldnt agree with you more booker.

  • @bookerdann I'm your age and I agree. Grohl makes me sometimes think of Neil Young too. It's great to listen to a really good musician after so many years.

  • Comment removed

  • mandolin

  • a mandolin

  • i love how taylors just in the background getting high

  • haha hadn't noticed...

  • This is musical harmony at its best. What made this album great was the cornucopia of sounds they can put into one song, making it sound like bliss (if bliss can be put into a song). The accordion, harmonica, violin, etc., all add to the great harmonization of the album.

  • this is such a great song. i cant wait til i learn how to play it, and sing it.

  • it's one of my favorite songs to play. Go for it and good luck!

  • thank you very much

  • i bought i harmonica because of this song i cant wait to learn it.

  • Dave really is a treasure...,so much talent, and he really spreads himself around musically.,a living page of music history and considerable influence the "seattle"bunch created! where there's FOO,there's FIRE!

  • I love this album, the quiet tracks.

I prefer him singing like this.

  • Does anyone know what key the Harp is?

  • i heard it was in A

  • hes amazing...i love this song

  • who is that playing the harmonica near the end?

  • It's Danny Clinch - the same guy who plays it on the "In Your Honor" acoustic disc..
