  • Loved this tune when I first heard it played in the movie " Sophie's Choice", never knew what its title was until today when it was played again in a movie titled " What Doesn't Kill You".. favorited it in my file....thanks for uploading.

  • i love this song...very well done

  • wow how long did it take you to learn this? very good.

  • where did u find the sheet music?

    well done!

  • I bought it at a Music & Arts store, but I think I may have found it online once?

  • really good! i have a video of it too, but it's nowhere near as good as yours!

  • One word: Childhood Memories

  • i last played this 5 years ago at a small show while in high school. it is one of my all-time favorites and you did a great job with it! schumann would be proud!!! :-)

  • CYMBALTA!!!

  • Lovely! :-)

  • You can make some positive comments on my version if you like :-)

  • Wonderful. Imaginative and well paced. Schumann would probably have made it longer if he had known it would become this popular, and that it would be played this carefully. Bravo, Ms. Lee.

  • Very well played!!!!

  • I first heard this song on an episode of Star Trek: Voyager. Very nicely played. Five stars from me. *****

  • FANTASTIC !

  • I love this one. And does it remind anyone else of Milo and Otis? I mean, not to divert attention from Schumann's talent.

  • I loved that movie!

  • Yeah, it's a classic. I just wish it were longer!

  • I meant that I wish Milo and Otis were a longer movie, not this Schumann piece. This music is beautiful, but I wished Milo and Otis would never end.

  • Yes, I will forever associate this piece with Milo's little dream in Milo and Otis; ever since I saw the movie when I was little... makes me sad, LOL.... Love the piece though and it's well played here!

  • omg i love this song... ive been looking for this since i watched milo and otis for the first time in like five years last week. then i heard it on my keyboard. its so pretty

  • Yup.

  • It's a good interpretation. But, when I see strange people in a strange land for the first (I think) time, I don't see them... so fast :) Anyway, it's my personal opinion. Good job: you play VERY well.

    (sorry for my english)

  • very nice. beautiful actually. :)

  • this is beautiful...I just posted a guitar arrangement, which after hearing something as sublime as this, I'll probably never listen to again :) well done.

  • Simply beautiful! I guess you could picture this music as a field of flowers which sway in the wind. Without the heart you put in it those flowers would freeze and die. I just lvoe this music.

  • the dotted sixteenth notes... (at least i think that's what they are) i was playing them like that today and my teacher said that i was making those notes too short...

  • So soothing... one of the most beautiful pieces of music ever created.

  • Does your teacher let you raise your wrist up like that?? You are looking to get carpel tunnel and other wrist ailments.

  • I Dont care what people say.

You played it beautifuly. You must be proud :).

    Good Job

  • Thanks for the compliment!

  • nice playing love it :)

  • just like milo and otis

  • Thank you very much. :)

  • Nice playing, but I'd try to make the dotted rhythms a bit less pedantic and try to work with the rhythm and dynamics to add some expression. It is romantic, after all. But like I said, nice playing.

  • Thank you. :) I appreciate the criticism too. I have been playing for about a year now, and I am always looking for advice.

  • Any time. I hope not to come off as harsh. I try not to be one of the normal YouTube critics and bash everything. For having played only a year, you play very nicely. And you do have a good feeling for this piece. Over all, it's quite well-done.

  • You have a very nice feeling for this piece. Thanks for sharing! :)

  • Very Very Purdy

  • Thank ya, kind sir.
