Loved this tune when I first heard it played in the movie " Sophie's Choice", never knew what its title was until today when it was played again in a movie titled " What Doesn't Kill You".. favorited it in my file....thanks for uploading.
i last played this 5 years ago at a small show while in high school. it is one of my all-time favorites and you did a great job with it! schumann would be proud!!! :-)
Wonderful. Imaginative and well paced. Schumann would probably have made it longer if he had known it would become this popular, and that it would be played this carefully. Bravo, Ms. Lee.
Yes, I will forever associate this piece with Milo's little dream in Milo and Otis; ever since I saw the movie when I was little... makes me sad, LOL.... Love the piece though and it's well played here!
omg i love this song... ive been looking for this since i watched milo and otis for the first time in like five years last week. then i heard it on my keyboard. its so pretty
It's a good interpretation. But, when I see strange people in a strange land for the first (I think) time, I don't see them... so fast :) Anyway, it's my personal opinion. Good job: you play VERY well.
this is beautiful...I just posted a guitar arrangement, which after hearing something as sublime as this, I'll probably never listen to again :) well done.
Simply beautiful! I guess you could picture this music as a field of flowers which sway in the wind. Without the heart you put in it those flowers would freeze and die. I just lvoe this music.
the dotted sixteenth notes... (at least i think that's what they are) i was playing them like that today and my teacher said that i was making those notes too short...
Nice playing, but I'd try to make the dotted rhythms a bit less pedantic and try to work with the rhythm and dynamics to add some expression. It is romantic, after all. But like I said, nice playing.
Any time. I hope not to come off as harsh. I try not to be one of the normal YouTube critics and bash everything. For having played only a year, you play very nicely. And you do have a good feeling for this piece. Over all, it's quite well-done.

I love this one. And does it remind anyone else of Milo and Otis? I mean, not to divert attention from Schumann's talent.

I loved that movie!

Yeah, it's a classic. I just wish it were longer!

I meant that I wish Milo and Otis were a longer movie, not this Schumann piece. This music is beautiful, but I wished Milo and Otis would never end.

Does your teacher let you raise your wrist up like that?? You are looking to get carpel tunnel and other wrist ailments.
