@AliceRoared Have have this problem!!!!!!!!!!! its a pain isnt it?! its mosty the new downy hairs that grow after ive plucked them, use a clear mascara to hold them down but not too much this helps me :)

don't want to be a bitch (I really love you haha) but you made a big rookie mistake: you should always blend or completely fill your lip liner for a full day wear makeup or the lipstick will come off but the liner will stay and it will not look good. Or if you want to keep touching up throughout the day it's your choice :)
