i mystery shopped here/there. i feel 4 the employees who r2b the recipients of management lectures regarding "work performance." unless employees get compensated "commissions" 4 what they help sell, employees will not give 1 "blink, blink" about some1 else's business, especially if they're the 1s cleaning poop on toilet seat left from inconsiderate, filthy customers. we humans work because we have to pay r rent, not because we really do care about customers' "above average" demands.
