Actually....It is in fact not illegal in any state or federal law in the United States to fake your death. I'd heard about this "Michael Jackson death hoax" thing about a week or so ago and have to admit that I was intrigued, not because I believed that Michael was still alive, but because I was curious as to what "facts" people might come up with to prove their point, seeing as the case (or at least the part about him being deceased) seemed rather cut and dry to me.

He could start over (and provided with the right strategy, still see his children). Why jeopardize that? Uh I did not say I would upload a vid showing Michael was fake in the rehearsals (actually I think it's really MJ in rehearsals) Wow! maybe what Madonna was saying was how Michael felt. maybe he felt like we did abandon him and we didn't care no more and that his career was over and he wasn't the king of pop no more but then again i could be wrong and TMZ was the first to get there when Michael "DIED" I think TMZ is in on it as well. that Human Nature performance was just fine

The statement of the TMZ link is so true. I checked it out and he isn't even on the list. I think it's a huge point to make. The part about Kenny Ortega being a choreographer is true. He choreographed Dirty Dancing. I saw it on ET early this morning. They showed footage of Kenny and Patrick and the girl who was in the movie with Patrick, I forgot her name. I didn't know that until this morning. Why do you think there are only enough burial spots for the family and not the children?
