Also, you do understand that the constitution is meant to be an evolving document, to be amended as society advances? The constitution is amendable, that’s true, but the intent was not to divert away from natural law which is its basis. Every since the Lincoln administration the 10th has been walked on by every administration subsequent to it. Centralizing powers over health care is only the latest violation of the 10th. Education being hijacked by centralized government was a good example.

I support all the current gun laws in my state that are no where near as restrictive as they are in Cities like New York to the point of violation of the 2nd. Even at that the overwhelming majority of gun crime committed in this country is committed by people who own fire arms illegally. Minors, crazy and criminals should not own fire arms and the law already reflects that. Legal, responsible ownership by law abiding citizens is not a problem in the first place, so it's pointless to write new laws.

The main reasons for those of the "lower class" being unable to find employment have remained very consistent over the years. They include, lack of education, substance abuse and previous incarceration. I see nothing in the OWS crowd that disputes these statistics. The jobs that people with some of these issues could get are dominated by illegal aliens.

The constitution is amendable, that’s true, but the intent was not to divert away from natural law which is its basis. Every since the Lincoln administration the 10th has been walked on by every administration subsequent to it. Centralizing powers over health care is only the latest violation of the 10th. Education being hijacked by centralized government was a good example.

Even at that the overwhelming majority of gun crime committed in this country is committed by people who own fire arms illegally. Minors, crazy and criminals should not own fire arms and the law already reflects that. Legal, responsible ownership by law abiding citizens is not a problem in the first place, so it's pointless to write new laws.

The main reasons for those of the "lower class" being unable to find employment have remained very consistent over the years. They include, lack of education, substance abuse and previous incarceration. I see nothing in the OWS crowd that disputes these statistics. The jobs that people with some of these issues could get are dominated by illegal aliens.
