  • wow that was hardcore...

  • this is randys circuit kinda

  • Where do I get a bicycle like that?

  • fuck this shit lol i suggest you should never try it its fuckin to much for the body at once

    the coach is fucked up

  • This is bacically Randy Coutures famous grappling circuit plus some other good stuff, but never do press from behind the neck. That coach looks like he needs to practice what he teaches:)

  • always a good sign of the training when people start getting sick at the end let alone the interval.

however I would like to say its crucial for the fighter to maintain relaxed mental focus. a heavy mind means a heavy body and for that reason the mind can often tire out before the body has reached it fuller potential of activity. There is a breathing technique called the Butyeko Method that basically minimises oxegen intake so you further condition your body to carbon dioxide buildup.

  • Damn, I'd hate to see what circuit comes after that minute rest

  • I like these circuits, Im an amateur mma fighter ive been training for about 4 years. I usually lift weights on my off days from training. I know these circuits are better for fighters because they are sport specific, but will they still increase strength and potentially size which im trying to do? or only conditioning. thanks guys !!!

  • @EllasGuitarist If you're an MMA fighter then why are you trying to gain size?

  • @lordblighty I feel more comfortable competing at a heavier weight, ive been naturally heavy set all my life. After a training injury to my knee i was unable to train for a while and lost a fair bit of size/strength and weight overall.

  • @EllasGuitarist These sorts of routines will really push you and get you physically and mentally right for a bout as well as other aspects of training and competetive sparring (laying off the beer helps to). I really wouldn't worry to much about gaining muscle (too much artificial muscle is bad for a bout). Your strength will increase to a degree but these sorts of work outs will condition you so you will stay stronger for longer during a fight which can only help.

  • @lordblighty thanks mate appreciate the tips

  • I like it but I think the jumps should be squat jumps instead of just jumping up and down.
