OMG i just brought an EasyCap DC60 off amazon and its in the mail and people are telling me that it doesn't work on vista and also it only records Black and white on PAL 60. PLEASE GUYS TELL ME IF THIS IS TRUE!!! (i have the DC60 not the DC 60+)
the DC60+ are for people who are out of the us or need it to record PAL 50 or what ever its called.. i have a DC60 and i can record in color, look at my new vids i uploaded... im still working on settings to get good quality though.
you can only record in colour on pal 50 and by doing that you can change the settings on the console settings on the 360 to run in pal 50 but most game dont work. except for gears 2, halo 2 and a few others.
@MagicDucky yah the easycap is really tricky, i got the dc60 (no +) and so it took a while to fix, i got really good quality videos now, (i think better then dazzle lol. if people need help send them my way for the dc60 no +

@Surfelix the + does matter they are different chips,check out my vids, i have a dc60 no + and i make it have better quality the the dazzle, il be making a video for UK people wkith there pal tvs, if you use ulead (came with driver disk) then you have to change settings in the options section

Uh, I just used the default settings from memory, that's strange, maybe the sound cords aren't plugged in properly.

dc 60 means u have to use pal 50... dc 60 + means it uses pal 50 and pal 60

some ppl are saying the DC60 cant get color, only the DC60+, others are saying u can get color with the right settings on the DC60. Which one is it??

if you don't have the ntsc_433 option you have the dc60, not the dc60+. I found this out the hard way also :/

You have to do alot of stuffing around with the settings. Look for tutorials on how to set it up with PAL-60 on youtube.

is the version easycap dc60 +? dc60+? because i got the dc60 without the "+" and it doesnt have the option NTSC 433..so no color..

With the dc60+, bought it on ebay. I asked the seller before buying if it was compatible with pal60.
Didn't think the + would matter.
