The Pump Panel Reconstruction first appeared on the New Order 95 release The Rest of New Order, while The Warp Brothers didn't come around until around the millenium... I first heard Phat Bass around late 2000...

@6112nate Correction, Public Domain took this song from New Order who originally composed the title Confusion. Get your facts strait before you meddle with them. The song came out in 1983. Public Domain came out with their remix versions in 2000. Congratulations dumbass for being... well.. a dumbass. :p
