Weird, but as I was doing this my posture changed on its on... I was a little weirded out cuz it felt like something had lifted my spine and made me sit up straight like it was supporting me. I promise I'm not crazy. It felt like a weight was lifted off of me or something.

And I looked for Duni mediations and found Duni

but not the one you have which has a really

Thanks for this wonderful chant. I felt white light after doing it for 31 minutes and a darkish cloud clear up. Felt a lot actually. Was wondering what the actually words are? Vygoode? Satanna g? Tried googling but since I don't know the spelling...didn't come up.
