Now it's a close tie, but my heart goes out to Ferguson. Can Conan be my #1.5? Is that allowed? :)

Letterman did say in all seriousness that Spitzer should go. I disagree, but I see I'm in a strict minority even in New York. Spitzer got Wall Street to pay up 80% of their ill-gotten gains over mutual fund insider tradings, while the SEC got a paltry 7%. That's why Wall Street hates his guts.
