red meat. because we're meant to suffer from strokes, heart attacks, bowel cancers and obesity, to name a few. i wonder which slaughter-house corporation is paying him to do this campaign.
@llkdll Three to four times a week is not going to cause that you silly vegan. I say vegan because obviously you're afraid of the fat in milk and beneficial bacterium in yogurt and cheese.
@aginger491 I don't give a rats ass about the benefits of any of those foods, simply because they are easily replacable with plant-based substitutes. It seems a simple choice to choose something that doesn't involve the needless suffering of animals. The health benefits of being vegan are a big bonus. For your information, the world's biggest authority, the United Nations, recommends a vegan diet for a myriad of reasons. Calling somebody silly won't win you any arguments.
@llkdll Yes but plant based substitutes don't taste half as good as a nice lean steak. My argument is still valid by the way, you have no data that that says just red meat is going to cause a stroke, heart attack, or diabetes. If you get any of those you either don't lead a healthy lifestyle to begin with, or are an elderly person.
@aginger491 Actually the evidence is all out there. I suggest you read a book called The China Study, which is the most comprehensive study 'til date, spanning 20+ years of research linking diet and disease, including the ones mentioned.
As per the taste, you may be right, but there are many substitutes that can't be told apart, they are just harder to find. That aside, you will find plenty of enjoyment trying new plant based meals which you may never have tried otherwise.
my favourite sport is body building and I eat 4-5 kilo red meat in a day..I feel myself very good...We must eat meat...We have to..If we can't eat meat 2-3 million years ago, we are looking like monkeys now..
In terms of intelligence, the American Dietetic Association reports that the IQ of those who consume Animal products is seventeen points lower than those who don't. Cardiologist William C. Roberts' (editor in chief of The American Journal of Cardiology and medical director of the Baylor Heart and Vascular Institute at Baylor University Medical Centre) analysis of the human body is also of interest.
We couldn't eat flesh before we developed the spear, which we already had the cognitive ability to do before ever ingesting meat. And of course there's the question of why meat-eating Animals and the Herbivores we now force-feed it to on farms aren't out there building office blocks and running businesses, obviously because meat is not the answer. Meat also flushes vital nutrients from our bodies as we try to neutralise the acidity, I studied Nutrition.
Oh, was your 'friend' born at the beginning of man??? Wow - she must be thousands of years old!!!! You should put her in the Guiness Record books. Fuck wit!~

Just quoting you there.
You hit the nail right on the head. Evolution is something that takes a long time to actually happen. What these idiotic Veggies are thinking is more along the lines of metamorphosis. We'd need a controlled experiment of Vegetarian and Omnivore for thousands of years at least to prove their claims.
What speices have build buildings or societies, books or art, the internet or what you are relying on right now - GIVE ME A BREAK! We may not be the at our best - but jesus tap dancing christ - we have ruled anything that has lived on this planet - thus it's our mission to save it! God I hate arseholes like you - I WEAP for the future.
Actually, if you read I said they DON'T have those! I said if eating meat is the reason why we have those things then why don't all the other meat-eating Animals?! It's also interesting that you write the same reply on all copies of this video, I guess all of the qualified Scientists will be hearing from you. Also, learn to spell. We don't "rule" everything either, come out of your sheltered little house and spend some time in the wilderness and you'll see how things actually work.
You know it makes sense.

I wonder how much he was paid to lie to a whole country?
Its hilarious that there are ads promoting the meat industry telling us that 'our brains started to grow' after people started eating meat. Bullshit.
I have a friend that has been vegan all her life and she is remarkably more intelligent than the majority of meat-eaters.
Now what does THAT say?
