  • Thank you, Berry, for your comforting words and helpful suggestion, the truly universal practice of being and breathing.

  • In the midst of these terrible moments perhaps it is a grace to be motivated towards a stillness or silence or merely a forced pause to breathe. Call this breathing: meditation or yoga or merely just breathing! (for about 10 minutes at a time) Over time one may begin to feel a calmness. Posture is not important and perhaps this breathing is a form of self therapy for anyone who attempts it, Buddhist, Christian, Atheist etc. I say this humbly because we all experience the mind"s "mountains".
