But what about RYE bread you keep telling us that RYE is good for diabetics...? I still get HIGH blood sugar numbers from eating RYE..... what up doc???
continued by chloe 7829-- I am lucky not to have any visual impairments yet and very little neuropathy in feet. For that I take Turmeric with good results. I also take Lasix and eat bananas/apricots for potassium depletion. Gastroparesis give me often diarhea and/or nausea. We eat very little red meat maybe 1x a week, mostly we eat fish/Chicken. I am also anemic, poor on iron, am taking iron pills and infusions. Is there any connection? Thank you Chloe

The Doc is right! I was diabetic until I started eating mostly a raw diet. I say mostly raw because I still eat some meat. Whole foods. Raw Foods. Thats the key! He is telling the real truth! I'm no longer taking the poison pills my Dr prescribed and my blood sugar is normal!!
Omega 3 fish oil, less saturated fats via eating foods that is free range or wild like me haha! Stopping all vegetable oils and man made foods, processed junk, dairy, refined sugars, hybrid fruits, maybe might help, I don't know.
I take no drugs when I first became diabetic I had blood sugars over 1000 and I am not sure what I could have done different. My mother was strict about us eating nourishing home cooked meals, not pizza, chips and fast food. I am sure I was diabetic by age 17 and it was for sure within 5 years when I started pissing sugar that was sticky as corn syrup. My urine was so thick it came out like a sprinkler. I
But what do you mean by home cooked meals? Lots of healthy protein and fat or lots of insulin spiking pasta, spaghetti and bread?
I recommend the book Living the Low Carb Lifestyle by Jonny Bowden. I'm about half way through it and it's so informative about insulin and how it can damage your health.
they wont tell you how to cure type I cause as far as i know your pancreas becomes useless..not in all but in me im sure! you cant cure a useless organ unless you can stimulate it and we know what happens to heart if you dont have it working you die..pancreas needs to be replaced..after 20yrs of having this disease my only chance is to reduce my insulin intake. this will mean fasting/detoxing completely while taking just enough insulin to prevent hypoglycemia. this alone can kill if uncareful.
they know type II is reversible because it means you eat too much and too much of wrong stuff...type I is where virus attacked pancreas while it was overworking.. i got it @13 yrs old in 1988 i know what it's like...insulin what keeps me alive will kill me...i was never fat but gained weight since i was 32 now im 34..eating healthy only way..you can lower insulin intake only this way along w/moving your body aka exerscise/dancing is best! try Dr. Mercola ive been recommended on youtube and web!

@canaan1967,high blood sugar can cause inflammations brought on by the excess sugar crystals in the blood.A lack of omega 3s is another cause.

For my supplements I use iherb.com. They have very good price, fast shipping, great service. Use promo code ZAY467 on first order to get $5 off.
