@grimview First thing I think of the the limited amount of storage space in Salesforce. Second, there is no way to edit documents unless you want to download and upload like its a trend. Third, if you are document intensive at all, there is no way to organize your docs in a way that means anything. I could go on...custom security, external portals, user access rights...fine. I'll stop there.
