I believe that athletics are for athletes. A lot of people get caught up training for a specific sport, but improving all your athletic abilities will make you better at everything. Every athlete should want to improve their speed, strength, agility, explosiveness, balance and coordination.
Jumping over stuff IS fun.. watching face plant is ALSO fun. Haha. I love you videos and I love what your doing for people out there keep it up! P.S. I made a speed ladder for free after watching your video

these drills for speed are pretty good im a jr in highschool and run the 100m i run about a low 12 high 11 i wanna get down to about a mid 10
