    How many reps , and time for rest ? for a professional training?

  • @mutuk do each one 4 times. Only rest long enough to walk back to the start. CK.

  • these drills for speed are pretty good im a jr in highschool and run the 100m i run about a low 12 high 11 i wanna get down to about a mid 10

  • Twelve. They are basically 1' by 1' squares. CK.

  • Right now my main sports are Ice Hockey and Beach Volleyball. I played American Football and Baseball in college.

    I believe that athletics are for athletes. A lot of people get caught up training for a specific sport, but improving all your athletic abilities will make you better at everything. Every athlete should want to improve their speed, strength, agility, explosiveness, balance and coordination.
