She did point out what happened, but listen to her tone. She was happy that he missed, if that's not biased, then what is? A commentator should not let her emotion show THAT much, she's apparently happy that he missed, "OH he goes over! He goes past vertical."
Apparently you didn't watch all the videos Cynthia, the reporter's name. If you did you would pick up her bias towards the Chinese team.
