@SerinaJK Thanks Jen, doing good so far, lost 3 lbs in 2 days and not dieting just don't eat as much, got more energy and stamina as well. thanks for all your support, you are a good friend!
@skinnybodymike That's the way I did it when I had to be in tip top shape. My dancing teachers recommended that I cut down on portions, but get everything in the pyramid in, and eat more frequently so I don't burn out. I know I told you this already over FB, but I hope someone here reads this too. It really does help :-)
