I have the song though lol I got'a lot of Enigma's stuff heheh. it's a beautiful beautiful song.. one of my favs from them. The flickering is actually an easy effect. It's in 'Film Effects'.

0:26 was a mask. She just didn't put a transition in, or it faded in but it was extremely short. ^^
