@4WAYS2FALL He created the instrumental version you hear him rapping over on the CD. And then had Ken Lewis, Rosie Danvers, Mike Dean arrange the instruments in there for the interlude. But if you're implying that Kanye paid somebody to create this arrangement from scratch, I doubt that strongly. You'd have to provide some nice proof for that or else you yourself would be "stupid as hell"
