Actually, they do collaborate with their hairstylist Kuho.

He's been doing their hair for years and has said that they text him ideas about their hair.

Also, Yoochun has said many times that he likes to have quirky hairstyles to stand out.

This is my favorite performance of O ever. It took me forever to find a Korean version of it with the mics in their hand. Everytime I look at it though, I crack up at around 2:30 cause even though Yunoh is in the middle of the screen, all I can see is Changmin's expression. XD
