@romansten9 - The high ratios such as 30:2 were from before 5:1, therefore YOU are outdated on that point. CPR without giving breaths was from before with giving breaths, therefore YOU are outdated on that point. I suggest that you give up making false excuses such as "outdated" to justify your personal prejudices.

@romansten9 I am not supporting anything-you are old school pretending to be modern. I do not care which myself, only in patient care,an area that you are failing in due to your stubborness in what is or is not supposed to be done- because you put your personal opinion of yourself up to be agreed with or to be disagreed with- "Why the hostility???" and "Where is your anger coming from" and "Wow. Some people". I suggest that you take some anger management classes, for the patients- not me.

Please note that the nose is to be released after giving air!!! NOT CLEAR IN THIS VID.

@greencream1 If air is to be detected coming out of the mouth(breath by the patient) then the nose is to be continually pinched between every breath given, otherwise the cpr giver may not detect air coming out- then putting in another breath may choke the patient or cause the patient to panic.
