Porsche GT2 not worth it. But 911 Turbo is definitely worth it.

on the other hand...

Lambo = Italian = Perfection

In the end, instead of dishing out 200 g's for the lambo, I'de put about 30 g's more down and buy a 911 turbo + the Audi R8 :)

umm...the Gallardo LP-560-4 starts at around $240,000. If it were $140,000 I would definately buy one myself.

the LP560-4 beat the GT2 in most if not all test's between the two. I was never a huge Porsche fan to begin with, but don't get me wrong, they make great drivers cars.

Actually they are almost identical. A regular 911 turbo runs around $100k, the GT2 twice as much. The Gallardo LP560 runs $200k. Note that these are U.S. figures and European models are going to cost more

Sorry, I got confused that the GT2 was the 911 turbo. granted, you pay an extra $80,000 for just a measely 50 more hp.

yeah i know, thinks thats totally ridiculous. It's like buying a F430 Scuderia instead of the base model. Your paying around $80k for less than 30hp gain and for them to take out 200lbs of weight. Which in tern means all the luxuries.
