Grace to you. What you are describing is another result from the tactics of the ruling class elite to divide and concur. Not only dose this impact blacks and the other people you identified but also the whites on the lower economic scale. The reason why the pilots were white and the pizza staff are black is probably because passengers would object to the pizza girl flying the plane due to safety reasons. If you want to be a pilot then get a license. There's now law I'm aware of that says blacks can't train to be a pilot (911 proves ethnic minorities can fly). There are many black people that have proven that a black person can make a great lawyer, doctor, pilot astronaut etc. There are also many white failures.

If black children are subjected to corporal punishment at a greater rate than white children, it may be because black children, as a group, are violating the school rules more than white children as a group. People used to think it was necessary to "spank" adult members of the community, military trainees, and prisoners. In some countries they still do. In our country, it is considered sexual battery if a person over the age of 18 is "spanked", but only if over the age of 18.

I'll answer it and here it is. The point Paula is trying to make that students who are in toxic environments where violent punishment is dished out, they wish to leave that toxic environment as soon as possible. This is why paddling states have they highest drop out rate and along with dropping out comes little oppurtunity of succeeding. Another consiquence of dropping out is the other social ills like substance abuse, depression, and continuing the same behavior they have observe.

It's apparent that a majority of students beaten in school are blacks as well as other minorities, those with special needs and those who are openly gay or display homosexual behavior. The least likely to recieve this form of punishment are whites and that is why every person loading, cleaning, and pushing people in wheelchairs are black and every pilot walking around are white. I want it clear that I do use positive reinforcement first and when that doesn't work I will give him a sturdy swat on the rear end. You see I have been working on a Documentary for my BA in film, and the subject is about kids in school that are unrully towards teachers, bus driver and parents.

There is not one credible teaching college that instructs its undergraduates how or when to hit a child with a 3ft board. I have shown the video to the class of multiple races, and they all agree that the video has no bearing on the subject on corporal punishment. In fact, it's misleading of the facts of corporal punishment and steers towards a race card being played by this woman Paula Flowe.

How does she know that the people she video taped, have their job because they couldn't get a better job because they were spanked or beating in school when they were younger. She didn't get them on camera saying that, so there is no evidence supporting her argument or your for that matter.

I think the fact she didnt get them on camera has little to do with what you are saying. Paula does extensive research along with other organizations including: NCACPS (national coalition to abolish corporal punishment in schools)

She is also in contact with teachers and teaching organizations all of which i am sure, would not give out false information.
