is this a official MV?? and if so why wasn't it ever released in the netherlands?? ,cause i've never seen this vid before

It was official !! And it was realeased in Germany. They played it it just in the beginning before the 'usual' vid was released. German MTV is MTV Europe as far as I know. So I don't know why you never watched it before.
