hehe good question i dont know how to. But i dont think its a group or something, its more like some guys who are showing people, you know some of the best guys around the world, from many countries. I know some guys from Denmark named Lasse Hammer and Jakob Jensen(JJ) they are not membership of Urban free flow but the Danish team" Team JiYo" only Hammer IS :D

well, i started off round my back garden doing basic vaults and jumps i eventualy started balancing on railings, and once i got up the courage, jumped over a shed gap, i then started droping from realy high heights and doing more advanced vaults (kong, dive kong, reverse vault etc) and jumping longer gaps and eventualy learning to wallrun
