If your relatively thin or normal for your age I have a simple plan that I personally follow. It doesn't matter what you eat, as long as your intake is less than your outtake.
1) Run a lot daily. Withing 1-3 weeks(2 for me) you we see a clear outline of your abs

@peachyindetroit if u diet it will never last you might get them for a week and then lose them by gonig back to your regular diet nothing is wrong witth the usual soda its just eating/drinking tthings like that all day all the time you'd be suprised what you still can eat
Getting a six-pack is not just about training the muscles, its also about a good and healthy eating pattern. I guarentee you, make a chubby kid do this 1 times a day will only make him stronger (if he can even do it ) and unfortunately wont give him a rockhard solid six-pack.
@lilgioal works with beds lol, and you can use anything to do the leg raises and you can do the full extensions if you open a window and put your legs out for the crunches(that's what I'm doing currently)
@adronos From what I saw, you just do them until Failure. Meaning you do each segment until your body reaches it's limit and can't do it anymore. Then you do the 10 second rest, and start the next part.

this shit is so LAME it isnt funny, well actually it is. the 'model' looks like a skinny douche without a six pack (firstly) and secondly doing 3 minutes worth of ab calisthenics will only serve to provide some strength to your abs if they are weak as it is. dont fall for this BS, the best method is to lose the fat via running/cardio, circuit/weight training AND building the ab muscles by stimulating them with weight.

Every two days I do it. You could see that after the workout - I workout for around 10-15minutes - you could see the six pack. That means that you're doing it right. But after a while, your tummy goes back to normal. So you must also do cardio to burn the belly fat. The combination of these helped me get mine. And i'm only 15 :D

@BiohazardXKR I'd go for 4 sets. If you have more than 3 minutes, then keep cycling the routine without breaks until your abs tired out and you can't continue.

this seriously works,I just did it my first time,and im about medium fat.but right after I did this my stomach tightened up and I could feel all of my stomach muscles working.I really think Ill be at a six-pack in about 2-3 weeks

HAHAHAHA, please tell me this is joke!!! the guys "partials to failure" on 3:10 are not even close to crunches...more like a guide on how to have terrible form and work your neck....lastly, if these exercise are the truth, how come the model isn't rocking a sweet 6 pack???

@myrsvidz i m doing exactly what this video says to dude and i got changes i mean normal changes and i m saying this cuz if u work out your abs wrong you may get some small abs like shit like my friend got by doing whatever...
