  • this really does work, its easy enough, only 3 minutes of your day. and! its on your couch! lol

  • If your relatively thin or normal for your age I have a simple plan that I personally follow. It doesn't matter what you eat, as long as your intake is less than your outtake.

    1) Run a lot daily. Withing 1-3 weeks(2 for me) you we see a clear outline of your abs

    2) Once you've established an outline, but their not strong or anything do crunches or situps to strengthen them. Thats honestly all you need. There is no need for fancy equiptment, fancy diet or any of thatJust old fashioned dedication

  • Your all fucked if you think you will grt results from this vid, this gay fuck in the vjd doesnt even have abs. Everyones body is different, some take a very long time to gain muscle, others dont. The main step to getting abs is the diet. That is what will help you get abs and exerises will tone them, dont go on extreme diets. Eat the foods/drinks you love but in proportion, try to reduce excess energy the body can store as fat. And you dont need to ki yourself with 100 different ab exercises,

  • @crazymonkey0990  What foods would someone need to eat. I'm only focusing on the diets and small cardios while my body is resting. I do an ab routine shown on here one day wait 2 days and then do it the day after the two days and also do cardio during those two days and eat whole wheat bread with tuna but any ideas on what to eat. I don't care if it takes a year I'm dedicated and very patient, but just need help on the diet part. It's been water, apples, wheat bread tuna sandwiches with saladmix

  • I think using an exercise ball (tall ones the height of one's hips) would be better than a couch since it have a bigger range of motion.

  • Getting a six-pack is not just about training the muscles, its also about a good and healthy eating pattern. I guarentee you, make a chubby kid do this 1 times a day will only make him stronger (if he can even do it ) and unfortunately wont give him a rockhard solid six-pack.

  • @lilgioal works with beds lol, and you can use anything to do the leg raises and you can do the full extensions if you open a window and put your legs out for the crunches(that's what I'm doing currently)

  • @adronos From what I saw, you just do them until Failure. Meaning you do each segment until your body reaches it's limit and can't do it anymore. Then you do the 10 second rest, and start the next part.

  • @adronos i do them all for 1min and on the last week ill increase it to 1min 30 secs

  • @sirwann Well, from what I've seen... this workout burns the fat as well. I mean given this isn't enough to shed the pounds like an insta-cure. You'll probably need to combine some forms of cardio workout (To burn off excess fat) along with this. Given...that's just my opinion and my best guess from what I've seen elsewhere and read.

  • you will do six pack in 3 weeks if you dont have FAT ! if you have fat than do cardio everyday and BURN FAT,(while doing six-pack) and than you will get six pack, if you are fat and trying to make six pack they wont show up... burn fat and they will show up..

    Recently I started my diet and exercise but not yet committed to a routine but I must say, I lost weight, feel lighter, my back pain is gone and looking forward to getting in shape. Nothing says better than being in shape after a breakup.

  • this shit is so LAME it isnt funny, well actually it is. the 'model' looks like a skinny douche without a six pack (firstly) and secondly doing 3 minutes worth of ab calisthenics will only serve to provide some strength to your abs if they are weak as it is. dont fall for this BS, the best method is to lose the fat via running/cardio, circuit/weight training AND building the ab muscles by stimulating them with weight.

  • @xOskH3tchx I've done it. But I also do the 8 minute workout as well. every day before i go to sleep. If i'm not too lazy. :))

    Every two days I do it. You could see that after the workout - I workout for around 10-15minutes - you could see the six pack. That means that you're doing it right. But after a while, your tummy goes back to normal. So you must also do cardio to burn the belly fat. The combination of these helped me get mine. And i'm only 15 :D

  • @BiohazardXKR I'd go for 4 sets. If you have more than 3 minutes, then keep cycling the routine without breaks until your abs tired out and you can't continue.

  • this seriously works,I just did it my first time,and im about medium fat.but right after I did this my stomach tightened up and I could feel all of my stomach muscles working.I really think Ill be at a six-pack in about 2-3 weeks
