@ainanor Ovens typically only get to 450-475 degrees F where as baguettes are cooked by artisans around 500-550 degrees F. I'm not certain but maybe it gets hotter than your oven would.
Otherwise I'd agree with you. You can always put a pan of water in the oven to make up for the lack of heat.
The reason why it makes sense to make this product is because the bread you buy is very bad. Of course, it is better to make it manually, but if you do not have time enough, this is a good method-
so i will have to wait 3-4 hrs to make 4 pieces of bread which i can't make bread as well as my local bread shop, i hope this is a joke and you guys didnt spend millions on design patents and construction to have such a useless product.
@cetienne08 Lazy, yes. You gain nothing from wasting your money on this machine. Every home should have an oven, so the only thing this machine does is knead badly. Buy a good Mixer instead of this contraption.
