  • @32doors If you don't enjoy watching student films then why do you? Being a student film maker myself I appreciate the hardships of recreating a scene, surprisingly enough its actually pretty difficult to get Hollywood standard microphones and cameras on a student budget.

  • Well done guys.

  • Not bad! Interesting cover.

  • that's not the thing wot I expect ot the "The Third Man" - no - it's to kiddie

    ## but a nice try

  • The only good that comes from watching a student version of a classic film is a renewed appreciation of the original. Terrible acting, cheap microphones, and barely adequate coverage and editing make this scene painful to watch.

  • oh dear..

  • ei i loved it!!!!you have more?

  • play the circumstances. not the words. watch the original and note the difference. you've got good taste in material though.

  • Nice stuff. Nice to watch.

Maybe, if you're going for the editing style of the original then more of the eyes and head-on face shots. Alter the contrast,...and I don't think original would have the same depth of field....if you're going for the original look ofcourse.

  • Very cool! BTW, is that Stork Patrol being played on the zither at the very beginning?

  • I... honestly dont know. :P I'd have to ask my director.

  • lol no, Stork Patrol sampled the music from the original Third Man movie.

  • Nice job -- Great acting, skilful photography. An entertaining rendition of a scene from a classic film.
