Thanks for the laughs! Have been diving for many years and figure it's just as well I have not heard of this. Where I dive we have visible thermoclines, it's cold! Also, my diving buddies are guys so come on girls, get into SCUBA and fill up that dive log :-)

The funny thing is that in my Waimea Bay vid, it sounded like Steph was joking about sausages but she was dead serious and talking about fish, lol. She was on a totally different page from the rest of us, lol! It's been a running joke ever since!

I've been diving for a couple of years less then I've been riding and I have never heard of this tradition before. Must have came along after I made my 100th dive.

You should video your 100th dive! I think everyone will be disappointed when they find out you will be behind the camera and not in front of it. LOL.

Ride safe...ahhh...Dive safe everyone! Watch your ascent rate, bottom time and don't loose your dive buddy!

@maikeli7 It seems to be a tradition not only at a 100 but at 500 and 1000 too! One guy told us that when it was his turn he was forced to put his gear on in the water, kinda like how a sea otter lies on his back, lol!
