when you fight the immortal is the best place to get the EQM achievement since he sends out four guys after he vanishes 1 by himself and then 3 almost at once

EQM , is where u jump from wall to wall in slowmotion

yep,1 collectable,and there are only rats in each of the wesley level's.(1 each wesley level)

Or better, cut them. This game is so easy no one needs a guide for the level itself. Show only the collectibles and maybe bosses
