and i found my sisters meds
but i couldnt wait till night to take it

iv been on it for several years and can only get down to 100 mg at night. any lower and panic and depression feelings come back strong within a few days. has anyone else had problems stopping it?

i have been on this med for over 3 years building up and up and up.. Im up to 500 mil a night just to sleep.. and i tell you some times when sleeping it causes you to see"things" lol.. so if this happens to you know its the drug

For me I have the best dreams wake well rested and consistant. If I am not working I will not take the medication I can take it or leave it but have a problem keeping to a regular pattern since I was use to working until I was so tired that all I could do was pull over and go straight to bed then wake shower and do it all again. I did this for around 3 weeks at a time and would take a week off and return to the grind. That was the life of OTR truckers not any more they mandate you yield on time.

I take 300mg for insomnia and it doesn't make me sleepy at all.

yep i hit the bed within 2 minutes i was out...i havent had any of the side effects except the prolonged problem.. and the unexepected sexual appetite LOL
