Even worst is when you enter a room and not only you forget why you went in there but you even forget that you went there for some reason.So you do something totaly not relevant,like drinking a glass of water if the this room is the kitchen,and then you return to your initial spot only to realise a few minutes later that the reason left erlier was not to drink water.
